Sarah Harmon PT, DPT, OCS

Owner and Physical Therapist

Sarah is a Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She received her undergraduate education at Arkansas Tech University in Biology and then moved on to attend physical therapy school at Southwest Baptist University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012.  Since that time, Sarah has treated patients in a variety of settings and received specialized training in areas such as dry needling, manual therapy, and pediatrics. She is blessed to call Thompson Falls home where she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband Trent and their two children.

Trent Harmon PTA

Owner and Physical Therapist Assistant

Trent is a Physical Therapist Assistant who received his undergraduate education at Arkansas Tech University and attended PTA school at Northwest Arkansas Community College graduating in 2012. He has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, home health and skilled nursing facilities. He has received special training in areas such as McKenzie Spine, Exercise for Parkinson’s disease, and therapeutic taping. Trent is an avid outdoorsman and can often be found outside hunting, fishing, and hiking with his family.

Anne Fry

Administrative Assistant

Anne handles all referrals and scheduling at Aspire PT. She is a 20-year resident of Thompson Falls where she resides with her husband of 44 years. She enjoys working in her garden and spending time with her 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She finds her job a true blessing and considers her co-workers like family.

Lori Williamson

Insurance Coordinator

Lori works hard behind the scenes determining insurance eligibility and is available to help patients better understand the physical therapy benefits available with their specific health plan.  Lori enjoys connecting with the community through her job and loves being part of the “Aspire family.” In her free time, she enjoys being on the water in her kayak, camping with her family, and welcoming friends into her home.
